    Our Gentle and All Levels classes are a great option to start. From there, your teacher can offer you further support on options for your practice. Pilates Lane Private Sessions are a great option to get a personalised session tailored for you.

  • Congrats! We would love to support your movement journey during your pregnancy. Our classes are safe and great during any stage of pregnancy provided that you have been cleared to exercise by your specialist.

    We suggest joining our Gentle and All Levels classes. These classes will give you the space and options to support your growing body.

  • We suggest starting with our Gentle and All Levels classes if you are new to Pilates too. For new mothers, make sure you have clearance from your specialist before exercising.

    Our Parents + Bubs class is a super cute bring your baby workout. Move your body at your own pace, supported by your teacher. With the option to move with or hold your bub at any time.

  • Practising Pilates at an early age is great in developing strength, endurance and confidence. Creating lifelong health habits with a positive relationship on the body and mind.

    Our Gentle and All Levels classes are welcome for all teens 12 years and over. Our Athletic programs are for teens above the age of 16.
